We build in our own factory and install with our own crews

YYK Makina is a manufacturer and contractor producing prefabricated buildings, containers, light steel houses and industrial steel structures. Everything from sheet cutting and painting to panel production and installation is done in our own facility by our own teams.

This gives every project a single point of contact, a firm delivery schedule and factory-controlled quality. From site camps to schools, logistics warehouses to post-disaster housing, we complete projects of every scale with the same discipline.

How we work

• Survey and needs analysis: We define the number of users, intended use and site conditions together.
• Engineering: We prepare structural calculations and shop drawings for local seismic, snow and wind loads.
• Production: Galvanised steel parts and panels are produced and quality-checked in the factory.
• Shipping and installation: Modules are packed and shipped to site, where our own crews install them.

Quality and safety

All steel profiles we use are hot-dip galvanised. We use insulation materials with certified fire ratings and inspect every project against a checklist before handover.
