Fabrication and installation are ongoing on our light steel mezzanine office project at TÜBİTAK office hangars. The project makes better use of the existing hangar volume by adding office floors without the need for a new building.
Extra working space within the existing volume
In high-ceilinged hangars and warehouses, a mezzanine is the most practical way to use the empty upper volume. The light steel structure places little load on the existing building, installation progresses quickly and the facility’s daily operation is disrupted as little as possible.
Scope of work
- Structural calculations and shop drawings for the mezzanine
- Production of light steel profiles in our factory
- Fabrication of mezzanine flooring, stairs and handrails
- Installation of office partitions, cladding and finishes
